I have been making a crazy critter for my puss cat. She deserves a present because she is confined to barracks with a poorly leg. She has also been enjoying the felting that I have been doing. She guards it for me while it is drying.
I crocheted the crazy critter in double crochet using some reclaimed wool. It hardly took any time at all, but I quite enjoyed having a little play with wool. I particularly like the twirly legs. I am hoping that my cat will enjoy playing with it as much as I enjoyed making it.
I have also been trying to do some more fair isle. I am really not enjoying this project, but I will keep trudging on with it. I hope it will get easier, it surely can't get any more difficult can it?
We have matching cats, our black and white Annie cat looks very like your little girl. Love her new toy...........but does she? I made a little knitted grey mouse last year but puss wasn't interested at all!
ReplyDeleteMy cat has been trapped in the house for over a fortnight. She LOVES her new toy. Anything to distract her is very very welcome!
